To je prirodna tvar - aminokiselina(slicna vitaminu, pa je negdje zovu i Bt-vitamin), koju sadrzenamirnice animalnog porijekla (carne = meso).<br>Bez L-carnitina nije moguce koristenje masti kao energetske rezerve izato ga treba osigurati dovoljno, pogotovo ako su treninzi intenzivni,oblikovani za povecanje misicne mase i/ili znacajniju potrosnjuenergije iz masnog tokova u cilju mrsavljenja. L-carnitin stiti misicnestanice od akumuliranja toksicnih tvari i poboljsava mehanickofunkcioniranje srca (srcani misic prvenstveno se hrani masnimkiselinama koje ulaze u razmjenu tvari zahvaljujuci L-carnitinu).Vegetarijancima se svakako preporucuje dodatni unos u kapsulama 2 x 500mg dnevno, ukljucujuci i sportase zbog povecanih napora. Obzirom naraspored i intenzitet treninga, treba slijediti upute o upotrebi nadeklaraciji proizvoda.</b>]]>

Mislim da to nema veze dali si musko ili zensko u onom smislu muski to trebaju uzimat a cure ne, to su ciste bedastoce!<br><br>Npr. whey proteine mogu uzimat slobodno i cure kao sto je to i deckima preporucljivo, uostalom misici nam imaju slicnu gradju samo sto muskarci imaju vise hormona za rast pa im misici brze rastu!<br><br>šta se tice prebildavanja to ti je cista glupost, svatko tko vjezba barem mjesec-dva zna da "nabildati" se (glup izraz!!) nije uopce lako i da hoces vjerojatno to ne bi mogla napraviti, tako da samo ti vjezbaj i slobodno mozes pit dodatke poput whey-a i neznam sad dosta cura uzima l-carnitin za sagorijevanje masti al mislim da ti to ne treba tako da whey je sasvim ok poslije treninga, ali uzimanje dodataka prehrani takodjer ovisi o ciljevima koje zelis postic , zavisi dali zelis samo smrsavit ili opcenito malo izgradit svoje tijelo<br>]]>

Npr. svi nasi misici su izgradeni od proteina pa iste moramo konzumirati da bi rasli i imali lijepo tijelo. Ali nemoj se bojati da ces se prebildati i postati velika zilava bodybuilderica.... jer to ide veoma sporo kod zena]]>
