Trener koji mi je napisao prehranu, zaboravio je dodati unos ugljikohidrata prije treninga, tako da sam trenirao na jednoj tunjevini. Sada kad pojedem i rižu, sve bude ok, što se tice padanja u nesvjest. Ali srce i dalje udara na š90, što je maximum koliko sam vidio po internetu.&nbsp;</div></div><div>@the pheonix: dobro si shvatio, to je izvođenje vježbi u šusu. I meni se cini malo pretjerano, jer me brzo izmori. Pokušat cu to sam korigirati da uhvatim ritam koji mi odgovara, nevezano za osobu koja mi tvrdi da je to normalno.</div><div><br></div>]]>

Zadnji put kada sam bila na sistematskom su mi mjerili tlak i bio je povišen. <br /><br />Naravno, bila sam sva u strahu od jebene vage, jer mi je bilo neugodno stati na nju pred curama iz razreda, pa taj visoki tlak pripisujem tome.
