    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2034">Gym_girl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1891<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2009 at 17:40<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Hope, kondicija se stjece s vremenom ali prilicno brzo ako smo uporni!</P><P>crobnim vježbama se brže gube kilogrami ali ancrobnim se lijepo oblikuje i ucvršcuje tijelo tako da je idealna njihova kombinacija.</P><P>Sasvim je svejedno da li je to trcanje, bicikla, orbitrek, steper....ja sam recimo fan bicikle i mogu ti reci da sam na njoj ne samo izgubila kile nego i prilicno nabila kondiciju. što se tice penjanja na 3. kat, vjeruj mi...samo se penji svaki dan kat po kat i za neko vrijeme ceš vidjeti kako postaje sve lakše - ja danas doslovno preletim š2 katova i dođem doma ko da sam liftom došla <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"></P><P>Tako da....nije bitno kakve ce to crobna vježba biti - bitno je da nađeš nešto u cemu ceš uživat i što ti nece biti tlaka kontinuirano radit, jer je upravo u kontinuitetu stvar.</P><P>Na traci kreni polagano, prvo malo hodaj pa trci, pa opet hodaj ako ti je teško...malo pomalo ceš moc otrcat sve bez problema!
