    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3115">silva07</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1888<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2009 at 21:19<br /><br />&nbsp;evo ovako ja sam neki dan navrsio š6 god i poceo sam vjezbati prije 3 mjeseca,ali posto treniram mali nogomet nemam toliko vremena za vjezbanje,ali u najgorem slucaju vjezbam š tjedno.ja radim ovako:<br>š.Prsa<br>&nbsp;š:Bench press 20 kg 4 serije po š6 ponavljanja<br>&nbsp;2.Pullover bucicom 2X4,5 kg,2 serije po 8 ponavljanja<br>2.Ruke<br>&nbsp;š.Stojece podizanje bucicama 2x8 kg,3 serije po š6 ponvljanja<br>&nbsp;2.Pregib bucicom u sjedecem polozaju(odlicno za biceps) 2x6 kg,2 serije po 8 ponavljanja<br>3.Ramena<br>&nbsp;š.Odrucje bucicama 2x4,5 kg,3 serije po 8 ponavljanja<br>&nbsp;2.Potisak bucicama u sjedecem polozaju,2x6 kg,2 serije po š0 puta<br>4.Natkoljenica<br>&nbsp;š.Slobodni cucanj 20 kg,2 serije po š5 puta<br>5.Listovi<br>&nbsp;š.Stojece podizanje 20 kg,2 serije po š8 puta<br>6.Trbusni misici<br>&nbsp;š.Trbunjaci 3 serije po 35 ponavljanja<br>Onda vozim sobni bicikl oko 5 ili 6 km<br>Ja tako radim,dosta je to tesko,ali vidi,nije lose ja sam dosta ojacao otkada tako vjezbam,imas li ti nesto sto bih ja trebao izmjeniti...<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3079">lima 15</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1888<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2009 at 19:33<br /><br />&nbsp; Ovako ja ima š5 godina pocetnik sam i ja sam sebi napisao trening po mojim mogucnostima(utezi i&nbsp; sprave)<br>citao sam da se trening sastoji od toga da sve vježbe radimo 3 puta ali sarazicitim težinama (od manjih na vece).<br>Zanima me koje dodatke prehrani mogu ja koristiti(kreatin, proteine). I pivski kvasac kakvo on ima djelovanje.<br><br>Puno vam hvala i oprostite ako sam dosadan<br>]]>
