Brzo hodanje, trcanje, orbitrek, bicikl i sl. je preporuka!<br><br>Ukoliko ti bude slabo ujutro nakon vježbanja, probaj odraditi kardio od 20ak ili 30ak min.. Ne moraš u startu odmah 45min!&nbsp; Ako ne možeš ujutro vježbati bez dorucka, prizalogaji nešto sitno i raspali... <br><br>Vježbanje navecer ce <span style="font-weight: bold;">definitivno</span> dati razultate i u to nema sumnje. Bitno je da si aktivna, konzistentna i uporna.
