    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3074">mcml</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1879<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2009 at 00:18<br /><br />&nbsp;Mene bi interesirale 2 stvari, pa ako mi mozete pomoc<br><br>dakle, prije 2 godine san aktivno isa u teretanu, i ima san 92 kg<br><br>no nakon nesrece na nogometu, i 2 miseca u bolnici, znatno mi se kilaza smanjila (sto zbog stresa, sto zbog prehrane tamo), i vec 2 godine nisan posjeti teretanu...no odluci san ponovo ic, s naglaskom na gornji dio tijela...<br><br>dakle, trenutno imam 74 kg, sto na mojih š85 i nije neka masa...mene bi interesirala preporuka treninga (sprave) i kakvi dodaci prehrani za sljedece rezultate:<br><br>gornji dio tijela (ruke,prsa,ledja, trbusnjacima sam zadovoljan no neka i njih u toj grupi)<br><br>dodatak prehrani, ili kakvi 'creatini', i koje sprave da se fokusiram <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/bench.gif" border="0"><br><br>unaprid fala<br>]]>
