Toliko radi sa utezima a između ako vec ne možeš izdržat ubaci neki kardio...uostalom uvijek doma još možeš izvađat neke kratke poluvježbice kad te živac ulovi :) tipa sklekovi ili cucnjevi... tako ja kad mi je dosadno <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"></P>]]>
