    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2034">Gym_girl</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1855<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 11&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2009 at 21:34<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;mg postoji li išta univerzalno idealno? :) </P><P>Ovdje ti svatko može puknut neku drugu kilažu, a ko garantira da je to za tebe idealno :) Sve to ovisi, koliko je mišica, koliko je masnih naslaga u điru, kako je sve to raspoređeno...</P><P>...ovih 95 je ocito u masnim naslagama kad se tako loše osjecaš tako da bi tu bilo malo posla za skidat, a kad kreneš i sam ceš vidjet kad ti je dosta...a kako najlakše? hehehe najlakše.....lako se skupilo, a sad ce bit malo teže :)</P><P>Savjeta o mršavljenju ovdje ima malo je reci na bacanje....daj si malo prelistaj pa onda pitaj ako ti još nešto ne bude jasno jer nema smisla da se ponavljamo stalno sa jednim te istim, jel tako?</P><P>i da...dobrodošao <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"></P>]]>

Tu sam jer želim skinuti višak kilograma, ponajviše zbog toga što se ovako loše osjecam...<br />Molim savjete kolika bi bila idealna težina.. I kako najlakse skinut ovaj višak.. :)]]>
