    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1754">davor23</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1843<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2009 at 15:48<br /><br />&nbsp;Ne moras radit trening doma.. samo ti odradi u teretani 3xtjedno kvalitetan trening.. i to ti je dovoljno..<br><br>kupi proteine i dekstrozu za nakon treninga.. pogledaj na forumu malo o temi PWM, ili whey nakon treninga.. <br><br>gledaj da rucas oko sat,sat i pol nakon treninga.. i da budu u tom obroku slozeni ugljikohidrati, proteini i vlakna..<br><br>previse razmaka ti je od 2 do 6 bez hrane.. vec ako ti je trening u š i traje do 2, pojedi rucak oko 3 30... a u 5 pojedi voce neko ili svjezi sir..ili tunu kako si napisao..<br><br><br>]]>

Visok sam š70cm i težim 60 kg! Ciljam na masu i molio bih vas da me ispravite u mom programu koji radim i u ishrani...<br /><br />Prehrana:<br />Dorucak 6:30- zobene oko š00g + mlijeko 300g + grožđice ili banana. <br /><br />Međuobrok š0:35 - sendvic - integrirani kruh + pureca prsa<br /><br />Trening u š3 - teretana 3x tjedno <br /><br />Rucak oko š4 - jedem sto baka skuha ( meso i  neka tjestenina, variva i ostalo ) <br /><br />Meduobrok2 oko š8 - Nes (vanijija s mlijekom bez secera) ili tuna<br /><br />Trening svaki dan doma <br /><br />Vecera prije spavanja - posni sir + orašasti plodovi<br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Trening doma : <br />trbusnjaci- sve skupine , siroki sklekovi, donja leđa (mrtvo dizanje s bucicama - 5 kg), ramena (podizanje<br />bucica do ramena , odrucenje bucicama sjedeci - 5 kg) <br /><br />Teretana :<br />radim po programu -&gt;  https://www.fitness.com.hr/vjezbe/programi-treninga/trening-m asa.aspx<br /><br />Dali je dobro trenirati kako ja treninram svaki dan, treba li sto dodati ili izbaciti molim Vas da me ispravite.<br />Hvala unaprijed!<br />]]>
