Koji ti je omjer makronutrijenata (UH,P,M)&nbsp;potreban --&gt; to si izracunao, ok<BR>2. Koje ti namirnice trebaju --&gt; o tome smo vec&nbsp;puno puta&nbsp;pisali<BR>3. Energetsku vrijednost makronutrijenata --&gt; šg UH - 4 kcal; šg P - 4 kcal ;&nbsp;šg M-9 kcal)<BR>4. Energetsku vrijednost namirnica --&gt; koju nađeš u tablicama ili na deklaracijama</P><P>Kada sve ovo znaš, jedino što ti je još potrebno je kalkulator, papir, malo vremena,&nbsp;dobra volja&nbsp;i weeeehaa imaš plan prehrane <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0">&nbsp;</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2977">wrathchild</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1839<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2009 at 01:09<br /><br />&nbsp;Imam š7 godina, š87 cm visine i 72kg, ektomorf <br><br>Lagano sam se poceo baviti teretanom, za sada 2x tjedna, a od sljedecega tjedna cu vjerojatno na 3x.<br>Za sad jos neradim određenu skupinu mišica određeni dan, nego u jednom treningu odradim svega po malo. Nekakav cilj mi je raditi trening za povecanje mišicne mase.<br>Također sljedeci tjedan cu kupiti WHEY proteine.<br><br>Citao sam po forumima i izracunao sam da bi mi trebalo oko š80g proteina, 390g UH i 65g masti dnevno. Također sam gledao energetske vrijednost namjernica, ali nikako nemogu sam iskombinirati potrebnu masu proteina, UH i masti sa kolicinom namjernica.<br>Bi li mi neko mogao pomoci malo sa planom prehrane?<br><br>hvala<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by wrathchild</span>]]>
