Uvijek je jedno za drugim, najprije kettlebell.<br>Kbell je fizicki puno intenzivniji od Aikida.<br>Da li pojesti proteinski shake nakon kbella (što bi na neki nacin bila polovica treninga) ili nakon kompletnog treninga?<br>S obzirom da svuda piše kako je vrlo važno pojesti atm najviše sat vremena nakon treninga...moje je pitanje kad je trening gotov i nakon kojeg treninga jesti?<br>]]>
