Do tada sam se uvijek vrtio oko istih brojki i radio greške kao i ti, dizao za š0kg, umjesto da dižem za recimo 2.5kg <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br>I onda naravno da nema plafona tako brzo vec se max gradi mjesecima i povecava - bitno je da ne stoji na istom.<br></td></tr></table> <br><br>A kad trenutno radim sve po 3x8..&nbsp; nakon toga probam šRM.. od sada cu probat po sitne pomake.. i morat cu pitat da mi netko stane iza mene na benchu, jer bez toga se ne moze riskirat..<br>]]>
