Sjajna opcija ti je kupiti resistance band traku koja ti pomaze u donjem dijelu, a gotovo nimalo u gornjem dijelu pokreta, kao i da radis samo negativni dio pokreta dok ne ojacas</div><div><br></div><div>A kolega iz originalnog posta ;) ako stvarno moze napraviti 20 pravih, dubokih dipsa, naravno da ce staviti dodatno opterecenje. (btw svaka cast, jak si ko bik!)</div><div><br></div><div>Pojas + lanac + kuka je dobro rjesenje ali covjek je rekao da ne zeli kupovati ista, neka upotrijebi konop. Odes u neki nauticki ducan, kupis metar ipo onog plasticnog, laganog, jeftinog a jakog uzeta i deri. Zavezi oko sebe, nauci jedan posteni cvor i nece ti nista ispasti na pod. Ja vezao 10 kila, trebalo bi drzati i veliku plocu od 20. Mozes i vecu bucicu zavezati</div>]]>
