Vitalis pahuljice...cini mi se da stalno pišem o tim&nbsp;šarenim artiklima&nbsp;<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0">. Samo okreni kutijicu i procitaj deklaraciju, sve ce ti biti jasno. Ima puno izbora zdravijih pahuljica, bez ikakvih dodataka. Zdravije je, probaj.</P><P>Ove štrudle su umjesto priloga ili? <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0">&nbsp;šalim se...neka ti rucak sadrži puno povrca/ složenih ugljikohidrata/bjelancevina - biraj ...s obzirom da se ne boriš s kilama možeš si priuštiti i desert ali ne pretjeruj.</P><P>Voce možeš pustit i za međuobroke između ako ogladniš, a za veceru onda ili ponovi rucak, ili uzmi taj svježi sir, jaja, tunu, salatu...</P><P>Ma ne moraš bilježiti, ne opterecuj se time. Nije ti cilj smršaviti nego održavati tu kilažu koju imaš i hraniti se zdravo. Pocni polako uvrštavati sve više kvalitetne hrane i krenut ce samo od sebe.</P><P>Uvijek možeš uzet hranu sa sobom. Sve se da uskladit, samo malo posveti vremena tome.</P><P>Istina, metabolizam se usporava ALI nije dobro ništa ne jesti zato! Možeš ti i bez straha i oko 20 - 20.30 pojest nešto lagano - možeš dodat i koju fetu kruha - zapamti, cilj ti je održati težinu ne smanjivati je!
