    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2111">ena:)))</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1629<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2009 at 17:15<br /><br />&nbsp;tofu sam prvi put probala kod jedne poznanice (frendica od frendice) koja je vegetarijanka... to ona nama servirala na nekom plamenu i donjela brdo kruha narezanih na kockice pa smo to umakali i umakali i umakali... na kraju pojedes kilo kruha i skuzis da si do grla u tofu siru... inace tofu ima dosta intenzivan okus i miris pa ga je ona razblazila sa tri dcl mlijeka i puno je ukusniji<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0"> , uglavnom nisam to vise nikad jela poslije...<br>]]>

I ja se tek mislim odvažiti.<br /><br /> <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> <br /><br />Inace koristim žitne mljevene pahuljice 7 KORN od MILUPE koje se pomiješaju s toplim/hladnim mlikom u kašicu gustoce po želji(slicno cokolinu).<br />Bez šecera su i jako su ukusne, a još piše da su iz Bio Proizvodnje. Probajte, to je definitivno dobra stvar. <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=2526">serena</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1629<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 25&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2009 at 21:17<br /><br />Ja koristim mljeveno laneno sjeme,pšenicne klice,posije.<br />Sve to (plus slicnih ostalih žitarica)najcešce pomiješam sa jogurtom, mlijekom, a posebice volim kombinaciju sa posnim zrnatim sirom.<br />Inace sve žitarice su pune bjelancevina, vitamina E i B.<br />Uzimanjem sjemena lana (kao i lanenog ulja)može se postici blistavija koža lica i tijela.<br />A da ne govorimo da sve to pospješuje probavu.]]>
