    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26">Mr G.</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 161<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2007 at 21:16<br /><br />Koliko cesto mjenjate princip treninga ?<br><br>Misici se naviknu na odredjeni princip treniranja te ga je potrebno malo promijeniti.<br><br>Ja moram mjenjati princip svaki tjedan kako bi imao zeljeni ucinak jer su mi se misici stvarno navikli na sve vrste odnosno oblike opterecenja.<br><br>Npr. ravni bench nastojim zamjeniti sa bucicama na ravnoj klupi ali nedojstaje mi kvalitetnih i novijih rjesenja. Stalno se vrtim u krug.<br>]]>
