Mislim da je to najoptimalnije za misice, iako svatko treba raditi onako kako pase njegovom organizmu, svako ima svoje&nbsp;]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=26">Mr G.</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 160<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 02&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2007 at 21:09<br /><br />Dali se drzite onoga 'jedna velika misicna skupina po jednom treningu' ili kombinirate vise vecih skupina u jednom treningu ?<br><br>Ono sto hocu reci..meni nije dosta da odradim prsa jedanput tjedno..to mi je premalo..pa uvijek ubacim u ponedjeljak npr. kad radim ledja ubacim 5 serija bencha ili leptira tek toliko da malo 'podignem' prsa. I onda odvalim prsa u petak - bas ono š2-š3 serija. I to mi stvarno pase.<br><br>Dali vi isto tako kombinirate ili je vama dosta da veliku skupinu odradite jedanput tjedno ?<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>]]>
