I drago mi je da sam ti dala dobru ideju.  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"> Javi kad isprobaš recept kako ti se svidio. Meni je puno bolja ova domaca varijanta od onih kupovnih Dukatina i slicnih proizvoda. Ali Ab kulture od jagoda i šumskog voca su ti sigurno super i po okusu i sa zdravstvenog aspekta. Zasite te, a ne padnu teško na želudac.<br />šta se banana tice, idu dobro s hladnim mlijekom kao klasicni frape. Ali, ne stavljati šecer jer su banane sasvim dovoljno slatke.<br /> <br />]]>

Malo sira-oko šoo g, mrvicu nerafiniranog vanilin šecera(ima ga u Dm-u kao BIO proizvod od Dr. Oetkera)i žlicu nemasnog jogurta (Ab kultura) izmiksati štapnim mikserom, poslužiti u desertnoj caši ili zdjelici sa pireom od svježeg sezonskog voca ili nekog smrznutog. Najcešce koristim višnje, trešnje i bobicasto voce poput jagoda ili borovnica. Je li to dobar odabir?&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />I što je s tim bananama? Nisam strucnjak, pa me zanima debljaju li one ili ne? Ja jedem puno puno voca, obožavam ga! Doma me zovu <br />Vocar  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0">  Jabuka, banana, breskva... to mi je super međuobrok. Je li to loše? <br />Nekako ne mogu zamisliti da jedem posni sir tri puta dnevno.<br />Inace nisam luda za masnom hranom, normalne sam težine (64kg na š78cm) <br />i najveci porok su mi peciva, palacinke, cokoladice i sl. smece  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0">  ne <br />pretjerujem u tome, ali teško odolim kad su prisupacni (npr. cokoladice u <br />menzi...).<br />Dakle, pitanje je zapravo je li voce ok međuobrok ili da pređem na neke <br />proteine, ako da, na koje?]]>
