Vecina cura ima upravoproblem kruškolike građe, pa tako i ja. I znam tocno šta misliš na ono"nemam guzu nego šire bokove".</span><br style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);"><br style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);"><span style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);">Ja sam vec probala hrpu vježbii programa tako da ti mogu preporuciti da pogledaš na moj blog vježbeTracy Anderson - one su ti upravo za vjezbanje gornjed dijela tijela itopljenje masti tamo gdje ih ne želimo. </span><img style="color: rgb255, 5š, 153;" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><span style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);">Masa sa bokova ce ti otici samo crobnim vježbama. Dakle - bilo kakvaaktivnost od koje ceš se znojiti, a ti sad odluci - hoce li to bititrcanje, rolanje, bicikl..... I ja bih ti toplo preporucila - HODANJE!Naime, meni ništa tako dobro ne smanjuje volumen nogu i bokova kaohodanje.</span><br style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);"><br style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);"><span style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);">Uz Tracy (u kojoj na kraju radiš cucnjeve) ubaci za kraj i vjezbe za guzu u doggie stilu! </span><img style="color: rgb255, 5š, 153;" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0"><br style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);"><br style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);"><span style="color: rgb(255, 5š, 153);">Gle - znam da ti je prvapomisao da ceš se vježbanjem samo proširiti - i hoceš! Ali to je zatošto aktiviraš mišice koji su atrofirali! Ali - postoji i dobra strana -TO JE SAMO KRATKOTRAJNO! Kad ti se razviju mišici, oni ce brže topitimasti na mjestima gdje želiš (bokovi) i, kad pregrmiš pocetnu fazupovecanja volumena, s vremenom ceš biti sve zadovoljnija!     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1720">anne</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1465<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2009 at 22:02<br /><br />&nbsp;mala,pa koliko ja znam ne postoji neki poseban program vježbi za "kruškoliku građu"..koliko god vježbala taj tvoj prirodni oblik ce ostat vidljiv,ali naravno da vježbanjem i pravilnom prehranom možeš prvenstveno poradit na cvrstoci tijela,snazi i kondiciji opcenito..za gornji dio tijela postoji jaaaako puno vježbica,ja bi ti preporucila da si nabaviš bucice za doma,s njima možeš radit vježbe za svaku skupinu mišica...što se tice donjeg tijela,što više se fokusiraj na cucnjeve,iskorake i zanoženja,ma joooj postoji milijun vježbica..ne znam koliko znaš o svemu tome...ako si baš pravi pocetnik e onda bi bilo najbolje da ti neko u živo pokaže vježbice i upozna s pravilnim izvođenjem što je vrlo bitno..surfaj po forumu,tu možeš dosta toga procitat i naucit..<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/stomach.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
