    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1917">myy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1463<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2009 at 13:47<br /><br />Nisam bas rigorozna sto se tice jelovnika samo sam izbacila kruh i umjesto hrpe slatkisa sto sam jela sada jedem voce i povrce.Zalomi se pokoja milka cokolada.Jedem manja tri obroka,pijem dosta vode.U jutro trcim oko sat vremena,naravno,sa kracim prekidima.Navece radim vjezbe koje sam nasla na internetu,kupila sam i loptu uz -nju idu i vjezbe.Vjezbam uz glazbu pa mi bolje ide.Sada su mi se pridruzile dvije kolegice s posla(kazu da sam ih zarazila pricom).Inace nisam nikada bila sklona debljanju,jela sam sto sam htjela pa mi je zato ovo nekoliko kg viska stvaralo probleme.A da,zaboravih napomenuti da svaku vece setam,ne vodim racuna o kilometrazi,sve zavisi od obaveza.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1917">myy</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1463<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2009 at 13:06<br /><br />Sada trenutno imam 58.5 kg a trbuha skoro nema,samo me muci to sto mi nije cvrst kao prije.Inace,vec 2 mjeseca pijem B kompleks i dobila sam neke inf.da on uzrokuje debljanje,tko zna.........?Sada sam na ljetnom raspustu i imam svo vrijeme ovog svijeta za sebe i zelim ga iskoristiti kako treba.Postavila sam si za cilj da cu se opet vratiti na svojih 55 kg,pa ako treba odreci cu se i cokolade(nju nisam izbacila iz jelovnika).Hocu natrag svoj super izgled!]]>
