Mora bit otkaz inace ništ od toga. Ali onda variaram dužinu kontrakcije (4sec/4esc, 1/3, 1/1)]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=16087">headhunterz</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1362<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2013 at 08:19<br /><br />od sklopki cete najprije navuci ozljedu lumbalnog dijela kraljeznice, ima 100 puta boljih vjezbi za trbuh samo treba znati principe izvodjenja, mnogi grijese kad rade crunch s gornje koloture i savijaju cijeli trup besmisleno, treba samo raditi pregib gornjeg dijela trupa s jakom kontrakcijom na kraju, znaci kratki pokreti, isto bitno za napomenut je stisnut gluteuse prilikom izvodjenja da bi fiksirali zdjelicu i izolirali pokrete trupa...<br><br>kombinacija crunch-a s gornje koloture i crunch do otkaza na pilates lopti je odlicna superserija za trbuh, isto tako, podizanje nogu pod 90° s utegom medju nogama uz, ponavljam obaveznu jaku kontrakciju trbuha pri kraju pokreta (inace nema smisla) + russian twist do otkaza na pilates lopti, takodjer odlicna superserija, naravno sve se moze raditi odvojeno, ali mi ova rutina brzo iscrpi trbuh i nema potrebe za 5-10 serija, svega 1, maksimalno 2 kruga napravim <br><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by headhunterz - 20&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2013 at 08:22</span>]]>
