Meniskus je u oba koljena potpuno zdrav,neostecen,ko nov, u pitanju su lateralni ligamenti ( sa strane oni dakle), zbog preopterecenja-preredovitog,predugog i preintenzivnog trcanja se malo "upale" i to izaziva lagane do srednje bolove.<br>Lijecnikov savjet za trcanje (covjek je doktor ortopedske hirurgije i sportske medicine): NIKADA;NIKADA;NIKADA ne trcati po asfaltu, iskljucivo po mehkoj podlozi-najzdravije je zemljana,sumska podloga... Trcati na prednjem dijelu stopala, ne udarati petama (sok za skocne zglobove i koljena), i trcati iskljucivo mehkim doskokom,odguirvati se listnim i butnim misicima, a&nbsp; nikako zglobovima vrsiti napor. Preporucio mi je i steznike za koljena, jer fiksiraju i stabliziraju zglobove fino...Eto, sve dobro<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0"><img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>

Hodanje je ok, ali trcanje mi treba!!! Ja sam mislila da ce samo proci, ali se povremeno javlja bol..tako da nemjeravam otici lijecniku svejedno.. Hvala za savjet]]>

Ako je odgovor da onda neka vam to bude kardio aktivnost.<br><br>Dakle ako vam trcanje predstavlja problem, nigdje ne piše da se treba trcat kako bi se skinule kg/povecala kondicija itd, šetajte, hodajte. Jest da traži više vremena ali je ucinak nevjerojatan.<br>]]>

Tijelo mi se svidja..nist posebno ne bi promijenila.. <br />Samo nije mi jasno nesto - recimo kad trcim u teretani tempom š8km/h, 30min - jel moguce da se za to vrijeme izgubi 890kcal kako pise na traci??? Nekako mi se to previse cini.. mislim, to je skoro sve sto pojedem dnevno..po takvom ne bi imala snage za nista drugo.. Zanima me sto vi mislite o tome????]]>
