I radim dva dana pauze tjedno, dakle š dan vježbam, pa pauza i onda još 4 dana za redom vježbam&nbsp;i opet pauza. &nbsp;</P>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1652">Julia</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1355<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 22&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2009 at 10:39<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;Sada kad si spomenuo ovo odvajanje, moram priznat da nemam toliku upalu mišica (citaj: bole samo listovi) kada vježbam samo crobno. cim uzmem utege i radim s njima vježbe onda pocinju pravi bolovi. </P><P>Prehrana i nije za pohvalu, ali bolje nego prije. Sada jedem otprilike š500 kcal dnevno. No i to mjenjam jer sam shvatila da mi odgovara da jedno 4 dana jedem oko š200, a onda jedan dan nešto više od š500. Za dorucak jedem zobene&nbsp;i mlijeko, do rucka popijem oko dvije kave s mrvicu šecera i mlijeka. Rucak jedem ono što je skuhano, ali izbacujem kruh, mesa baš ne jedem puno, više jedem cušpajze. Poslije opet kava i za veceru jedem ili 2 kuhana jaja ili posni. Naravno s obzirom da nisam na nikakvoj dijeti i ne želim izgubit pozitivnu E, onda s vremena na vijreme pojedem koju palacinku ili nešto drugo što me veseli. <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0"></P>]]>

Također i prehranu sam promjenila. Ukratko, izgubila sam oko&nbsp;8 kg, puno cm-a, poboljšala kondiciju. </P><P>Ono što me muci da u zadnjih mjesec dana kad god vježbam imam takve užasne bolove u mišicima da ne mogu ni hodati, placem kad se moram ustati iz sjedeceg položaja, po noci me bude bolovi i ne mogu se okrenuti na drugu stranu kreveta. Popijem tabletu, al pomogne mi samo na par sati. Otprilike vježbam do 5 puta tjedno po 60 min i pokušavam to stalno povecavati. Evo zadnje sam vježbala 60 min crobno, i 40 min ancrobno. </P><P>Zanima me koliko je to normalno, kako da to sprijecim i da li uopce smijem vježbati dok me toliko boli?Hvala unaprijed. </P>]]>
