    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1548">Silent assassin</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1331<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2009 at 11:44<br /><br />E da, još samo da kažem nešto o prehrani...<br />Za dorucak vecinom jedem zobene s mlijekom, a nešto rijeđe kuhana jaja sa malo kuhane šunke, posnim i mlijekom, međuobroci su mi banana ili 2 jabuke ili posni sir sa krastavcima ili salatom, za rucak jedem što mi mama skuha(rekao sam joj da pazi da ne pravi ništa masno...vecinom je za rucak grašak, mahune, kuhana ili pecena piletina, grah, riža, krumpir itd.) no moram priznati da nekad pravi i težu hranu kao burek, musaka, pohano itd i umjesto toga onda jedem tunjevinu ili sardine sa posnim sirom i za veceru nakon treninga jedem tunjevinu i posni sir ili kuhana jaja, neko meso(piletina ili junetina) i posni sir...jedem samo crni ili kukuruzni kruh i to ne previše, a kad odradim kardio navecer onda jedem samo posni sir sa salatom i pojedem š-2 banane ili jabuke(ovisi što imam)...]]>
