Ide tri puta tjedno u teretanu ,trenira prije svega sa utezima,dok kardio&nbsp; trening radi veoma malo,sredio je prehranu(sto je po meni osnova)&nbsp;i sad tog&nbsp;"pivskog trbuha"&nbsp;i problema vise nema ]]>

Evo jos jednom :<br><br>Kadabi isao prvo kardio obavit pa tek onda rad sa utezima - nakon kardia secer ukrvi ti padne i dolazi do 'vrtoglavice' i jednostavno nisi sposobanodraditi punim tempom taj dio sa utezima. <br><br>Kada bi isao prvorad sa utezima pa onda kardio - glikogen se isto tako trosi, ali rad sautezima ces odradit punim tempom (bez gubitka snage) pa onda kad sebacis na kardio glikogen se stedi i povecana je potrosnja masnog tkivasto je svakako pozitivno.<br><br>Znaci prvo odradi rad sa utezima pa onda kardio (trcanje, orbitrek ili bicikl...).<br><br>Sredi si prehranu i kroz par mjeseci vidjet ces rezultate.<br><br>Budi uporan!     <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=74">themaja</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 133<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2007 at 17:57<br /><br />&nbsp;najbolje je da prvo malo trcis okolo.i vidis si prehranu.za gubit kile ti je najvaznije, ajmo rec mrdnut guzom.I paziti da ne jedes vise nego trosis.trenutno moras papati manje nego sto treba.Kod tog sveg trcanja i toga nije bitno da se ubijes sprintom š0min, vec da trcis oko sat vremena tempom koji mozes.mene je to jako mucilo.nisma mogla dugo trcati, hladan zrak bi mi ubio sinuse, i grlo i sve je bilo muka i bol.Onda sam pocela jednostavno trenirati u kuci.svaki dan sat vremena trcim na mjestu, prekacem strik, malo niski skip, malo visoki.Nemoj mislit da je lako.Iza toga koja serija trbusnjaka, sklekova i otegne se na to sat i po.izdrzi trcati sat vremena.I tako mjesec dana svaki 6 dana u tjednu.Tri kile garantiram da idu dole.Naravno ako pazis na prehranu]]>
