Youtube ti je najbolji prijatelj.&nbsp;</div><div>U teretani izbjegavaj sprave. Za početak bučice, pa šipka. Nauči pravilno izvoditi čučnjeve, mrtvo dizanje i bench.&nbsp;</div><div>Sve to možeš naučiti s bučicama i youtubom.&nbsp;</div><div>Kupi rižu, piletinu, povrće, whey, mlijeko, kikiriki maslac i deri.&nbsp;</div><div>Ja na 174 cm sam imao 63 kg i došao sam u 2.5 mj na 70 kg. Dnevno sam imao oko 5-6 obroka.&nbsp;</div>]]>

Može mala pomoć. Htio bih nabiti mišićnu masu i sad sam u filemi da li da upišem gym pa idem po nekom programu ili da upišem rekreativno veslanje jer vidim da oni imaju gornji dio isto baš ok formu. <br />Tražim po bespućima interneta rješenje ali sam još zbunjeniji.<br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by aleksandar123 - 20&nbsp;Kolovoz&nbsp;2022 at 13:24</span>]]>
