Ja osobno uzimam i whey u dane kada ne treniram, osjetno je manja upala misica.<br><br>Kao npr. kada stavis spojler na auto. Auto ti nije nista kvalitetnije, ali ima spojler koji je u tom slucaju dodatak. <br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by David</span>]]>

Aminokiseline koje se ne potrose za izgradnju proteina se deaminiraju u jetri i transformiraju u glukozu procesom glukoneogeneze. Ako nest pametno radimo taj dan preci ce u glikogen, a ako nist ne radimo u masno tkivo.</P>]]>

I najbolje ti je popiti jedan shake poslije treninga s vodom da ti se odmah apsorbira, a ako ides na masu, onda i prije spavanja s mlijekom, da ti se sporije apsorbira.</FONT>]]>
