Ove ostale stvari - bicikl, trcanje, orbitrek, steper također mogu oblikovati neke dijelove tijela, ali uz više potrošene energije, zato se oni dodatno koriste za kondiciju i gubitak kilograma.]]>

Inace, visoka sam š70cm i imam 59kg i prije svega me zanima oblikovanje tijela, medutim ne bi mi smetalo ako bi izgubila i koji kilogram....<br><br>Unaprijed zahvaljujem na odgovoru.<br>]]>
