    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=361">dalila</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1101<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 15&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2008 at 21:45<br /><br />&nbsp;<span style="font-weight: bold;">"Skakacko koljeno" </span>-je sindrom prenaprezanja, karakteriziran patološkim promjenama tetive kvadricepsa i patelarne sveze.<br>&nbsp;<br>Skakacko koljeno se najcešce pojavljuje kod sportaša koji u toku aktivnosti jako opterecuju ekstenzorni sustav koljena ucestalim skokovima ili dugotrajnim trcanjem.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Simptomi:</span><br><br>&nbsp; <span style="font-weight: bold;">-bol </span><br style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">&nbsp; -smanjena funkcija noge</span><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Bol </span>se može javiti u predjelu gornjeg ili donjeg dijela patele ili na tuberositasu tibie (prednji dio, odmah ispod koljena)<br><br>U pocetku se bol javlja samo poslje treninga i prolazi nakon kraceg odmora, da bi kasnije bol postaje kontinuirana i pojavljuje se prije, za vrijeme i nakon treninga.<br>cesta je pojava boli nakon dužeg sjedenja sa savijenim koljenima (auto, kino i sl.) , znaci postaje smetnja i u svakodnevnom životu.<br><br><br>Rijetko, ako se nastave intenzivne sportske aktivnosti unatoc simptomima, dolazi do rupture patelarne sveze.<br><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Lijecenje:</span><br><br style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">&nbsp;- neoperativno</span><br style="font-weight: bold;"><br style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">&nbsp;- kirurško</span><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Neoperativno lijecenje:</span><br style="font-weight: bold;"><br>&nbsp;- krioterapija<br><br>&nbsp;- vježbe istezanja i jacanja ekstenzorne muskulature koljena<br><br>Istezanje i povecanje fleksibilnosti stražnje lože.<br>Postepeno jacanje ekstenzora sa malim opterecenjem i velikim brojem ponavljanja radi bolje prokrvljenosti i šta bržeg zacjelivanja. Vježbe se izvode sa nogom ekstendiranom u koljenu, opterecenje stavljamo na potkoljenicu.<br><br>Rade se koncentricne i ekscentricne vježbe za jacanje kvadricepsa.<br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Koncentricnom kontrakcijom</span> mišicna vlakna se skracuju, mišic djeluje protivno sili teži i to uzrokuje jacanje mišica.<br><span style="font-weight: bold;">Ekscentricne kontrakcije </span>uzrokuju produljenje mišicnih vlakana, jer mišic djeluje u smjeru sile teže- polagano spuštanje iz stojeceg stava u polucucanj.<br><br>Također se primjenjuje <span style="font-weight: bold;">propriocepcija</span> na balansnim daskama, jastucima, platformama...<br><br>Preporucuje se i nošenje koljenih poveski ( knee strap )<br><br><br>Eto otprilike....kirurško lijecenje nebi pisala..nije sada bitno....<br><br>Izvor je knjiga <span style="font-weight: bold;">Sindromi prenaprezanja sustava za kretanje</span> od <span style="font-weight: bold;">Marka Pecine</span>. Trcanje je ZAKON, ali ti zglobovi odu samo tako. Nakon što sam dobila "skakacko koljeno", doktor mi je zabranio trcanje, ali mi je rekao da na bicikl mogu jer time ne štetim koljenima. A sad - dal je to dovoljna zamijena za trcanje - nije, ali ce ti u svakom slucaju dobro doci!
