    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=31569">CeLe111</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10969<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2017 at 20:45<br /><br />Sumnjam da prdis od "proteina".<div><br>Prdis od neke namirnice, a to moze bit bilo sto, i prije da je neka od izvora ugh. nego proteina.<br>Jedino sto mi pada od proteinskih namirnica napamet moze bit (mlijeko/laktoza) ili pak whey protein, ali bi oni prije stvarali tegobe u crijevima/zeludcu, tako bi to vjeroj. osjetio i tako prije "prdca".<br><br>Tako da vjerujem da je do ugh. A to ces morat sam otkrit igrom eliminacija.. =)</div>]]>

I tako planiram svaki 2. dan.<br /><br />Sto se tice bjelančevina mislim da zbog njih prdim po stanu (sreca da sam sam) &#128513; a mozda je zbog nagle promjene prehrane pa dok se organizam privikne.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=48644">Piletina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10969<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 20&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2017 at 20:32<br /><br />Kolega hvala na brzom odgovoru i na pitanjima.<br /><br />Prekjucer mi je prehrana ovako izgledala:<br />6.10h 2 jaja i panceta<br />10h 2 jaja na poslu (radim na farmi jaja pa imam džabe za marendu &#128517; )<br />14h banana<br />15h pohane tikvice, 2 batka<br />19h 2 tosta....smeće <br />Bio sam zaručen s jednom krvopijom te sam izgubio kile i apetit zbog stresa, inace sam imao 63 64, ali i te 3 kile su otisle.<br />Sad sam se maknuo od svojih, Zivim sam i imam svoj mir, kuham itd.<br />Danasnji izracun unosa je sljedeci: 1900Kcal, 220gr Uh, 84gr proteina, 82 gr masti, masti su dobrodosle kod mene jer mi fali.<br />Ja sam prosao tu fazu opijanja pa ne pijem ha vikend &#128522;<br /><br />Trenutno imam oko 500kn do 15.7 za hranu i nekako cu se izvuci, tako da u teretanu krecem 15.7. na plaći. <br />Mislim povecati unos UH, recimo ujutro riža i 3 jaja u 10h<br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Piletina - 20&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2017 at 20:34</span>]]>
