Kava nije loša ali pretjerivanje u njoj ima mnoge nuspojave. Ne bi se smjelo popiti više od jedne šalice crne kave dnevno, a ako ona ujutro na prazan želudac uzrokuje tegobe, onda je bolje taj užitak odgoditi za popodne :-).&nbsp;]]>

Ja ju obozavam, ali nikad na prazan zeludac, iz istih razloga.<br>]]>

Međutim upravo me takve informacije još više motiviraju na daljnji rad. Složit ceš se za razliku od pumpanja u teretani, za nogomet treba posjedovat ipak malo kreativnosti, maštovitosti, svestranosti i fizicka priprema puno znaci ali nije sve, pa igraci sa dobrim statusom koji su vec davno osigurali životnu egzistenciju valjda si mogu dozvolit takve nekakve pogrešne principe u prehrani. što se tice mene, takve informacije me još više motiviraju, jer ako jedan nogometni reprezentativac može jesti krafnu prije najvažnije tekme u sezoni, to znaci da principi zdrave prehrane u nogomet još nisu sasvim ušli i da postoji ogroman prostor za širenje zdrave prehrane među sportašima.<br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=356">Mr.O</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1089<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 28&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2008 at 08:12<br /><br /><P>&nbsp;at Fresh:</P><P>Gle, nemoj se uvrijedit, al mislim da nogometaši nisu baš mjerodavni za davanje savjeta kaj se tice prehrane...a pogotovo ne na ovakvom forumu gdje ljudi koji su vecina rekreativci(ako ne i svi) ipak prate bodybuilding i fitness te se razumiju u prehranu i nutricionizam po mom mišljenju bolje i od nekih doktora i nutricionista...a dovoljno je sam poslušat one izjave olica isrne prije tekme s engleskom na temu prehrane engleza koja se bazirala uglavnom na tjestenini, pa su im se smijali(vidi se da nikad nisu ni culi za carb loading)&nbsp;i rekli da oni ne bi mogli preživjet da ne pojedu svaki dan krafnu ili cevape...ili kad je srna žalio za kranjcarom(koji mu je cimer) jer nece narucivat palacinke navecer u sobu...</P>]]>

Dakle svatko od tih ljudi na treningu/utakmici daje svojih š00%. Ne znam da li ceš se složit sa mnom ali ako možeš svakodnevno uspoređivati svoje rezultate konkretno sa drugima mislim da možeš sa nekim kredibilitetom govoriti o konkretnim rezultatima.&nbsp;]]>
