    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=38114">404</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10667<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2016 at 19:21<br /><br />Bok,&nbsp; dolazim iz Zagreba, radim kao prodavac u trgovini s tehnickom opremom.<br>Cijeli zivot imam problem s viskom kilograma, i tek sam se ove godine odlucio ozbiljnije pozabaviti s time. <br>Izbacio sam dosta namirnica kao sto su kruh, slatkisi, grickalice, a ubacio piletinu, puretinu, ribe i slicno.<br>Iako sam na ovom rezimu vec "duze" vrijeme, kilogrami jednostavno ne odlaze.<br>Zato sam se odlucio ovdje registrirati i vidjeti u cemu grijesim.<br><br>Radi posla mi ne preostaje previse vremena za sportske aktivnosti, ali u zadnje vrijeme sam ubacio nocno hodanje, svaki 2. il 3. dan po cca 1h<br><br>Imam 172cm i 100kg. Cilj mi je pasti na cca 85kg, u sto kracem roku bez gubitka misica.<br>Zbog kalcifikacije u ramenima, teretana mi je jos neko vrijeme nedostupna, osim kardia.<br><br>Hvala svima na pozornosti, i nadam se ugodnom druzenju.<br><br>Pozz<br>]]>
