    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=1546">PetraPan</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 1060<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 03&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2009 at 23:06<br /><br />Ma neee, probaj ovako:<br />Odi na cardio trening recimo 3xtjedno tipa erobaca i stepa, da pocneš mršaviti ali istovremeno odi i na fitness i vježbaj sa opterecenjem gornji dio tijela, kužiš? <br />Tako ceš mršaviti (zbog crobnog nacina vježbanja) ali ceš istovremeno jacati (dobivati na volumenu u gornjem dijelu tijela).<br />A za celulit, odi barem jedno tjedno na masažu, nece ga ukloniti ali ceš ipak dobiti na cirkulaciji limfe, pa ce tokom vremena i celulit ipak biti sve manji i manji. Pripazi na prehranu da ne uzimaš klopicu koja zadržava tekucinu i pij dosta vode..Dobllo?<br />Hajde, sretno tebi.<br />Pozz :))]]>

Kod nekih osoba može prouzrociti kontra efekt, što ponajviše ovisi o tjelesnoj građi.<br></p><p>Vrlo veliku ulogu ima pravilno posložena prehrana i san...da san (odmor).<br></p>]]>
