   <title>misicna masa : Tezina oko 75 kg, prije tri mjeseca...</title>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=35634">Seki22</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10556<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2016 at 19:28<br /><br />Tezina oko 75 kg, prije tri mjeseca je bila oko 70, hrana je na pocetku bila dobra, piletina, krompir, rizu, tunjevinu sam kombinirao skoro svaki dan, plus whey i kreatin. U teretani radim sa tegovima. Na pocetku sam krenuo u definiciju ali posto sam bio mrsav(opet sam imao veliki postotak masti) onda sam skontao da bi bilo bolje ici na masu, pa kasnije definirati kad budem imao sta. U zadnje vrijeme da budem iskren slabo jedem, preskacem treninge jer nekako sam se razocao u to, s obzirom na trud, trening i ishranu nisam dobio neke rezultate.
