    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=35525">itsthedream</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10549<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2016 at 16:50<br /><br />Zelim imati ''perfect body''<div>Imam 15 godina i zovem se Lovro.Bavim se biciklizmom a u slobodno vrijeme trcim i vjezbam u fitness parku vec duze vrijeme.Ne vidim bas neke promjene pa bih zelio to promjeniti.</div><div>Za pocetak dali je potrebno kupovati i trositi novce na whey?Dali mogu npr. kupiti nesto domace u ducanu(jaja,povrce,voce) to samljeti i piti kao neki ''dodatak prehrani'' ili shake.Nemoj te mi davati nesto skupo jer jos nisam punoljetan da bi mogao trositi novce na ''nepotrepstine'' kako bi ih moji roditelji tako nazvali.Znaci ovo sto svi imamo ugl. doma...</div><div>Sto se tog djela tice nemam vise nista za reci.</div><div>Eh sad ovo u vezi vjezbanja</div><div>Jel potrebno ici u teretanu,dali je to bolje nego raditi doma ili ovako po fitness parku sto ja trenutno radim?</div><div>Ima li nekih vjezba koje mogu razumjeti ja sam za misicnu masu,trbusne plocice,misice na nogama.</div><div>Vidio sam puno postova na ovoj stranici ali ih ne razumijem kako ih raditi ili sto mi je potrebno za tu vjezbu.</div><div><br></div><div>Nadam se da cete mi pomoci</div><div><br></div><div>lp</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>P.S.</div><div>Evo za svaki slucaj</div><div>Imam 55kg i 173cm sam visok.</div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by itsthedream - 19&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2016 at 16:56</span>]]>
