    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=17952">MareST</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10544<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2016 at 00:02<br /><br />dakle, imam 32 godine (sad vec gazim prema 33 :) ) i nakon nekoliko propalih pokusaja da se dovedem u red shvatila sam da mi je krajnje vrijeme SAD ILI NIKAD i tako kreće...<br />Visoka sam 172 cm i dosta mišićave građe, kilaža je varirala od 70 do 52, uglavnom zbog prehrane i živaca (prehrana ide u + a živci u -). prije mjesec dana sam se upisala na grupni trening 3 x tjedno body shape koji je u biti kružni trening za poboljšanje tonusa mišića koji ja dodatno "obogatim" sa jos cca 30 -45 minuta teretane i utega, vježbi za noge, guzu, trbuh, ruke, leđa...<br />kad sam krenula na trening imala sam 56 kg, a sada nakon mjesec dana imam 59 što je za mene enorman uspjeh i vec se i vizualno osjeti poboljšanje što me samo dodatno motivira!<br />od dodataka prehrani popijem 30g Whey-a nakon treninga i to je to. <br /><br />eto :)<br />toliko od mene!
