Veliku vaznost u izracunu BM ima udio masnoca u tijelu. Znaci da osoba od 70kg s 25%BF ne moze imat isti BM kao osoba iste tezine s 10% BF.]]>

Je ovih 75 za mene drasticno jer se debljam na najgorim podrucjima..trbuhu sto mi je najbolnija tocka pa rukama n 2 pa noge I vec duuuugo duuugo vremena se zelim pokrenut i nikako bas nikako nemogu i eto dns sam kao pocela..napravila sam brijem 100 cucnjeva i skakala na uzetu al obzirom da godinama nisam nikad vjezbala imam upalu misica nemogu se pomaknut s kreveta...imam neki cudan osjecaj u nogama nesto kao bol al opet nije bol ma nezzz ugl ..svesjna sam i znam da krivo radim posto sam pocetnica moze li mi neko dati par vjezbica da se malo ufuram ..uže mi je prednost jer mogu doslovno cijeli dan skakat al nemam kondicije Htijela bi smrsavit 10 kg al neznam kako ..bojim se neuspjeha s moje strane jer sam jako labilna i brzo odustajem. Bojim se da nece bit rezultata Molim vas lijepo za svaku pomoc ili savjet Nasla sam na netu 31 day squat challenge Prvi dan 50 Drugi 60 Treci 70 Cetvrti odmor Itd Dal neko misli da je to mozda previse posto sam doslovno dns pocela vjezbat ..
