Trebam poraditi na prehrani vitaminu C, na trbušnim mišićima, disanju, držanju kralježnice i fleksibilnosti. <br />Bavim se yogom na svoju ruku uz pomoć aplikacija na mobitelu i internetskih videa. Ljeti rolam. <br />Eto drago mi je da sam se pridružila i sretno postojećim članovima u postizanju fitness ciljeva&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
