    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=32674">pahuljica29</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10441<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2015 at 20:19<br /><br />Ako sam dobro shvatila savjetujete mi zesci aerobic ( ne znam kak nazvati) to je zapravo funkcionalni trening u kojem je jace zagrijavanje , a onda slijede vjezbe snage (bucice, vlastito tijelo itd.) radije to nego teretana?:) Na to sam i dosad isla pa bi se drugi dan probudila s listovima ko 2 bacvice hehe pa sam odustala. Zasad se drzim plana prehrane i hodam i ok je jos nisam bila natecena cak idem svako jutro u wc!!:))) Presretna sam!!:)<br />Al fali mi aktivnost jako da se ubijem... al onda zavrsim tako sva natecena pa sam zasad odustala da vidim utjece mi li na to vjezba.<br />Nema mi logike, ali evo odkad ne vjezbam nemam problem bolnih natecenih listova. <br />Razmjsljam da probam mjesec dana, ali toliko mi fali onaj osjecaj koji imam kad se ubijem na funkcionalnom.<br /><br />Hvala vam!!]]>

To je "program vjezbanja za cirkulaciju", tako ga ja zovem. <br /><br />U svakoj teretani bi trebao biti trener koji će ti pokazati osnovne vježbe, ili uzmi par sati s osobnim trenerom i osnovno ćeš naučiti da mozes raditi kvalitetan trening. ]]>

Ovako tocno znam koje sprave koliko dugo.<br /><br />Hvala ]]>
