    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=19021">Janje</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10428<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2015 at 20:07<br /><br />Pozdrav ljudi,<br><br>Dakle, zatrčao se nisam godinama, a kladim se s prijateljem tko će u mjesec dana više napredovati na utrci od 100m<br>Mjerit ćemo vrijeme prvog dana treninga, i onda nakon mjesec dana.<br><br>Ali problem je što se ja nisam zatrčao godinama... desetcima godina :D Ali kad sam trčao bio sam solidan na kraće staze, užasan na duže.<br><br>Prije 2 godine sam promijenio prehranu, i povremeno vježbam... trening snage sa bučicama.
