    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=32200">Terminator-100</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10423<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2015 at 18:57<br /><br />Jeli ok bildat cjelo tjelo ponedjeljkom, pa utorkom odmor, pa opet cjelo tjelo srijedom ,pa četvrtkom odmor, petkom opet cjelo tjelo ,subotom odmor, nediljom cjelo tjelo...tako da to bude svaki drugi dan a 4 puta tjedno...da se mišići mogu uvijek 1 dan odmorit...valja li tako ? Inače imam 183 cm i 84 kg a htio bi dobit još par kg mišića...opseg bedara nogu mi je 60 cm,opseg struka 85 cm ravan je stomak ali pločice se vide  samo malo  kad napregnem trbuh,opseg prsa mi je 105 cm,opseg ramena imam 127 cm,opseg nadlaktice napregnute 37 cm,postotak masti u tjelu mi je 13%,gornji dio tjela mi ide već u obliku V trokuta,jedem 3-4 puta dnevno i pijem proteine mass gainer,radim sve vježbe sa utezima od 12 kg pa sve do 75 kg i svojom težinom 84 kg kad radim zgibove...jesu li noge i leđa ključna ako hoću još malo mišićne mase dobit pošto na te djelove najviše stane kilaže...šta kažete ?<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Terminator-100 - 31&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2015 at 19:03</span>]]>
