Isto tako, pojačaj malo proteine pa ćeš biti sitija.....a i neboj se uh-a - ja sam poprilično dobro istopila svoj trbuh uz njih u svakom obroku, od jutra do večeri, bio trening ili ne ;)</div><div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>

Zbog nekih zdrsvstvenih problema pokusavam iz prehrsne izbaciti gluten i sve mlijecne proizvode. Izbacivanje mlijeka mi najteze pada, jer nisam mogla zsmislit popiti kavu brz mlijeka. Evo jos se navikavam. <br />Primjer jelovniks<br />- dorucak - smoothie od šumskog voca (70g), chia sjemenki (5g), lana(5g), whey protein cokolada-ljesnjak(10g), kikiriki(25g) i heljda (20g)<br />-međuobrok banana ili 4mandarine i 30g kikirikijs<br />- rucak - najcesce piletina + salata + riza ( pokusavam izbacit rizu i uh za vrijeme kad nemam trening, al bas mi fali)<br />- međuobrok - najcesce nista, nekad koja mandarina, al tad najvise pokleknem slatkom  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  - jucer recimo 2 komada domaceg strudela od jabuke, tri kuglice od cokolade iz biskvita i jos umocene u cokoladu<br />- vecera - 2jaja + salata<br /><br />Eto]]>

   <title>Kako smanjiti trbuh : PozzzzOdakle da krenem? Imam 160cm...</title>

Imam 160cm i 57kg. 2012 godine sam smrsavila desetak kila i od tada drzim ovu kilazu. Te godine sam pocela trcati, te sam 2013 godine trcanje zamjenila teretanom. Tako sa evo do sada treniram 3x tjedno po sat ipo vremena. U treningu najvise koristim girje, te vjezbe svojom tezinom - sklekovi, plank, zgibovi... Poprilicno sam oblikovala tijelo, zadovoljna sam rukama, nogama, guzom. Ali trbuh, nema sanse, i dalje imam kolut oko struka i mlohav trbuh. Ne znam kako to prominiti.  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley7.gif" border="0" align="middle" />  helpppp.<br />P.s. Prehranu se trudim urediti, buduci da sam ovisnik o cokoladi i uh.  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
