Izmjeri struk, trbuh, noge, ruke, prsa, ramena, pa budes vidio di gubis, di dobivas.    <title>Pogrešni efekt : - nakon stanke od 5-6 mjeseci...</title>

Trening ide po planu, osjecam se odlicno<br>neke plocice se ponovo javljaju. Međutm danas šok! Umjesto da skinem par kg ja dobijem još 2kg<br>Pretpostavljam da je to misicna masa, ali opet...sto radim krivo?<br><br>- ujutro svaki dan vozim 10km (cca 18min) na sobnom biciklu<br>Zatim popijem shake 0,5l (zobene pahuljice, banana, smrznute maline, mlijeko)<br>Na poslu ručak oko 12h (rucak kaj bude doma: ali nikad se ne prejedem)<br>Do kraja posla pojedem još 2banane<br><br>Pon,sri,pet&nbsp; poslije posla idem trcati sprinteve.<br>10min trcanja za zagrijavanje i onda 10 serija po 50m sprinta. Pauza izmedju njih <br>je zapravo povratak do pocetne tocke trcanja.<br><br>nakon trcanja umjereno rucam/veceram (vec bude oko 7:00-7:30)<br><br><br><br>]]>
