Imam 54 kg i visina 166 cm.<br /><br />Molim savjet što se tiče trbušnih mišića a da nisu oni klasični na ležećki što se rade?<br /><br />Uporna sam i imam volje jer se kod mene brzo vide rezultati, prije sam mahnito vježbala ali sam onda popustila.<br /><br />Sad nema predaje :)  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
