    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=29782">jablanka</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10316<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 26&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2015 at 22:54<br /><br />veliki pozdrav svima, eto još jedna početnica naišla na ovaj forum :)<br />imam 25 god, visoka sam 160 cm, teška 50 kg. srećom, kilaža mi je pod kontrolom, sad pokušavam smanjiti body fat i ako sam dobro shvatila, ne moram nužno skidati kile da bih to postigla. bilo bi mi drago kad biste mi predložili kako to učiniti :)<br />idem na fitbox 6 puta tjedno, a svaki dan u stanu radim fitness program s beachbodyja. ugljikohidrate jedem minimalno, proteina se trudim unositi što više, a okosnica su mi zdrave masnoće (lchf).<br />u potrazi sam za novim stvarima, receptima, vježbama, idejama, ljudima... :) ]]>
