Ako si vec krenula toliko nisko s kalorijama trebala si 2x tjedno imati dane sa povisenim unosom i bilo bi OK......<div>S time da ako prije &nbsp;nisi redovito vjezbala u teretani nego ti je ovo prvih 2 mjeseca mozda i previse ocekujes, nerealno je ocekivati da izbor, nacin izvođenja i intenzitet vjezbanja je optimalan da poluči nekim drastičnim rezultatima.</div><div>Kako god bilo povečaj kalorije.......</div>]]>

I nije mi jasno kako samo 1200kcal ti je potrebno? Nemoj brojati kalorije, nego gledaj otkuda te kalorije dolaze, pazi kako hranu kombiniras u obrocima i kad sta jedes, pazi kako dijelis UH u obrocima i kad su ti najpotrebniji...]]>
