U 30g ugljikohidrata se složi dobra količina povrća, s dosta vlakana i mikronutrijenata. Od mliječnih proizvoda biraj fermentirane s zanemarivim udjelom laktoze. Također nemoj pretjerivati s proteinima jer je veća vjerojatnost da zbog njih ne budeš u ketozi nego zbog ugljikohidrata. Polinezasićene masti svedi na minimum.<br><br>Ukratko, ketogena dijeta nije magija, kilogrami ne nestaju sami od sebe. Bitno je da se pri tome ne osjećaš loše i funkcioniraš normalno.<br>]]>

Od kak sam smrsavio i smanjio BF sa nekih 26, na 14, svaki put kad upadnem u ketozu nakon 2-3 dana polako gubim apetit i sve manje jedem, zato radije zadnjih par mj rotiram UH, tj. kad radim velike misicne skupine idem na 150 uh, manje na 75, a kad ne treniram jedan dan na 50, drugi 0.  ]]>

Dali se smije unositi do 50g ugljikohidrata ili ne? Meni bi logičnije bilo ne jer i mala količina dovodi do izlučivanja inzulina i automatski kao izlaziš iz nje kažu a neki kažu da se mogu male količine onih u povrću i samo u povrću.. Sto ljudi sto čudi :-)Preferiram u svemu bit umjerena ali volila bi probat.]]>
