Trebam da mi netko iskusniji napise plan vjezbanja, koliko puta tjedno ici, sta koji dan raditi i slicno. Imam 16 godina, 180cm 60kg. Cilj mi je dobiti na masi. Trebam i savjet oko suplemenata, dali da si uzmem mass gainer ili samo whey protein?<div>Hvala unaprijed.</div>]]>
