Hvala!  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />a istezanjem ih mogu izduzit (tako mi rece fizio, kao sire se umjesto da se izduzuju zbog slabog istezanja tih misica)? Vec mi jesu 'nabubreni' da tako kazem, a to mi se bas i ne svidja, pare mi neke bilderske noge.  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley19.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=27055">cro_cro</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 10164<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2015 at 21:21<br /><br />Ej ljudi!<br />Stigla i ja ovdje.  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> treba mi strucni savjet oko par stvari. zadnjih mjesec dana sam pocela voziti biciklu, a osim toga radim i neke vjezbe (plank, wood chop, dumbbell squat + overhead press, romanian deadlift, bent-over row, dynamic lunge, mountain climber, double hip extension, lešni, i neke za istezanje da sad ne nabrajam) da se dovedem u formu, ali i skinem kg.<br />e sad, "bojim se" da mi kvadricepsi ne bi postali jos veci (i od bicikle i od pustih cucnjeva). inace imam jake noge, malo genetika, malo bavljenje sportom (prije kojih par godina) i procitah da od bicikle rastu &gt;(tj.sire se).  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> to nikako ne zelim. nastojim ih dobro istegnuti nakon odradjenih vjezbi, ali pitanje ostaje "smijem li" i dalje voziti biciklu. bas sam se ushemila jer je to pored faksa jedina aktivnost koju mogu (donekle) redovito obavljat. <br /><br />unaprijed hvala na pomoci! svaki je savjet dobrodosao (samo me nemojte ubit u pojam i reci da moram napustit biciklu  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley18.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ).  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by cro_cro - 18&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2015 at 21:25</span>]]>
