Jedem normalno, nisam na dijeti, trudim se jesti sto zdravije, no ponekad se zna zalomiti pokoji slatkis.]]>

Citala sam da su misici tezi od sala (razlog zasto se brojka na vagi povecava), pa sam stoga dosla do tog zakljucka. Sve mi je to pomalo i samoj nelogicno i nejasno, pa sam se javila ovdje. ]]>

U zadnjih godinu dana uvrstila sam u svoje treninge i snagu, dakle vjezbanje s opterecenjem. No, primijetih u zadnje vrijeme nesto. Naime, sto imam vise misicne mase, to mi je sve teze raditi cardio treninge. Nekako sam prije bila poletnija, sada sam tromija i tesko mi je izvoditi zahtjevnije cardio vjezbe, jer su mi misici teski i koce me. To me prilicno frustrira. Koje je vase misljenje i sto predlazete? Hvala vam svima koji pomognete! :)]]>
